great location but lacking service

The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the modern amenities provided, especially the high-speed Wi-Fi that allowed me to stay connected.

I encountered a major issue when trying to check in. there appeared to be no staff present during my arrival.

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We explored the Kia Forum and Wiltern Theatre, which were both awesome cultural spots. The location is great for checking out the Korean town vibe, too. The rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed using the hotel limo service for our outings. Just a heads up, there’s mainly Korean food options, but it adds to the experience!

One downside was the language barrier. Not all staff spoke English well, which made communication a bit tough at times.

Just a great match for a temporary stay in Los Angeles with incredible value for money. The valet parking was really convenient and inexpensive, just a couple of bucks for tips. Make sure to check the restaurant hours because they can be limited.
